Atapuerca and the Human Evolution, the definitive touring exhibition on the Pleistocene Archaeological Sites of the Sierra de Atapuerca and on the discoveries done there, has been created by the laureate researchers to bring the citizens closer to the reality of one of the most outstanding scientific projects in the history of science in Spain.

An exceptional human cultural project with international prestige and an exposition which bestows an unusual approach to discover the invisible: in a space composed by spaces completely lacking light, a non-visual scenery of sounds, smells, objects and familiar surfaces unfolds. Blind companions guide public in small groups through the darkness.

LE CORPS DÉPORTÉ – VOYAGE D’UN CHEMINOT
Contemporary dance piece drawing on the experience of deportation, censorship of free-thought and resistance which opens the door to an intergenerational dialogue. Making use of contemporary dance, live percussion and film, the choreographer invokes his Catalan grandfather’s destiny.
A sensory experience for memory inscribed in Barcelona’s present moment. Through a unique audio-itinerary, the voice of a fictitious character from 1940 allows visitor to share a different vision of the city as a living organ. An original urban project which scatters roses over the wounds of our city.
